Welcome to St Jean’s Taxi & Tour Services. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide taxi transportation and guided tour services across Dominica. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) or USD where applicable and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Payments

We may require full or partial payment in advance to secure your booking. Payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information

• Being on time for pickups

• Respecting the vehicle and driver

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

7. Liability

While we strive to provide safe and reliable services, St Jean’s Taxi & Tour Services is not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

• Injuries resulting from activities outside our control

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
